China Railway Group Limited recently opened a five-span suspension bridge to traffic.

The 5km Ziyun Bridge over the Ganjiang River in Fengcheng city, Jiangxi Province in southeast China is a self-anchored suspension bridge with two 100m tall tear-drop shaped towers and dual cable planes. Construction started in March 2022, and the bridge was joined in October last year (link opens in new tab).

It has six lanes of road in both directions and allows for traffic travelling at 60km/h.
