BEAR Scotland commissioned the work on Kessock Bridge to improve access to pylons, and see the installation of an integrated rescue system for workers inside the towers. At the same time, the towers will be painted and strengthened by contractor Spencer Bridge Engineering.
Spencer, which is based in Hull in north east England, previously designed and installed an underdeck gantry on Kessock Bridge.
